Day 01: Amritsar

Golden Temple Arrive at Amritsar Railway Station/Airport. On arrival meet and greet by our representative who will take you to the hotel. After Fresh up Start your city tour with the blessings of Sri Harmandir Sahib, is named after Hari (God) the temple of God, also known as the Golden Temple in Amritsar is the holiest shrine of the Sikh religion. It was built by the fifth Sikh guru, Guru Arjan, in the 16th Century. In 1604, Guru Arjan completed the Adi Granth, the holy scripture of Sikhism. There are four doors to get into the Harmandir Sahib, which symbolize the openness of the Sikhs towards all people and religions. The Gurdwara is surrounded by a large lake or holy tank, known as the Sarovar, which consists of Amrit (holy water). Sri Harmandir Sahib is the heritage of the Sikh people gathered in their five hundred years old history. Return to the Hotel, Overnight at Amritsar Hotel.

Day 02: Amritsar / Tarn Taran Sahib / Goindwal Sahib / Khadoor Sahib / Sultanpur Lodhi

Gurdwara Shri Tarn Taran Sahib After breakfast, start your full day Gurdwara Shri Tarn Taran Sahib: Gurdwara Sri Tarn Taran Sahib is a gurdwara established by the fifth guru, Guru Arjan Dev, in the city of Tarn Taran Sahib, Punjab, India. It has the distinction of having the largest Sarovar (water pond) of all the Gurdwaras. It is famous for the monthly gathering of pilgrims on the day of Amavas (a no-moon night).

Gurudwara Shri Khadoor Sahi Then Drive to Gurudwara Shri Khadoor Sahib is situated in the Khadoor Sahib city in Taran Taaran Distt. The Eight Guru Sahibaans with their visits to this place made this land a Holy place.The GuruAngad Dev Ji settled here when he was married to Mata Khivi and raised their three children here. Guru Angad Dev established this as his religious centre on the advice of Guru Nanak and spent the rest of his life living at Khadur.A grand Gurudwara Khaddi Sahib, has been constructed here, in memory of Guru Amar Das

Goindwal Sahib Then proceed to Goindwal Sahib, Gurudwara Shri Baoli Sahib & Shri Goindwal Sahib is situated in the Goindwal Sahib in Taran Taaran Distt. This is the first sikh pilgrimage which was prepared under the supervision of shri guru amar das ji in year 1616 ad. Guru sahib then blessed this holy place and decreed that whosoever does 84 paaths of Japji Sahib with a pure heart and baths in the BAOLI SAHIB shall be freed from the cycle of birth and death. Shri Guru Amardas Ji himself performed Seva of Gurdwara Baoli Sahib.

Gurudwara Sri Hatt Sahib Then proceed to Visit Gurudwara Sri Hatt Sahib is situated in the Sultanpur lodhi city in Kapurthala district. Guru Nanak ji was convinced by his family to accept employment here as the accountant of the provisions of Nawab Daulat Khan Lodhi. Guru Nanak ji got the job on the recommendations of his brother-in-law Jai Ram. The Nawab was very much impressed by the young Guru who would work diligently in the day and spend the evenings and night singing the praises of God with his friends. Return Back to Amritsar, Overnight at Amritsar Hotel.

Day 03: Amritsar - Sri Damdama Sahib Bhatinda (186 Kms. / 4 hours)

Takht Sri Damdama Sahi After breakfast, proceed by car to Bhatinda. Visit Takht Sri Darbar Sahib Damdama Sahib, One of the Five Takhts or Seat of Temporal Authority of Sikhism, Takht Sri Damdama Sahib is in Bathinda in Punjab, India and is the place where Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, prepared the full version of the Sikh scriptures called Sri Guru Granth Sahib in 1705. The other four Takhts are the Akal Takht, Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib, Takht Sri Patna Sahib and Takht Sri Hazur Sahib.Return to the Hotel, Overnight at Bhatinda Hotel.

Day 04: Bhatinda - Anandpur Sahib (180 Kms / 3 hours)

Gurudwara Shri Kesgarh Sahib After breakfast, start your journey for Anandpur Sahib-Gurudwara Shri Kesgarh Sahib is situated in the central place of city Anandpur Sahib. It is also known as Takht Shri Kesgarh Sahib.
Anandpur Sahib was founded in 1665 by the ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur, near the ruins of an ancient place, Makhowal. In 1699, on the day of Baisakhi, Guru Gobind Singhji fulfilled Guru Nanak’s mission and through baptism of the double edged sword the Sikh was consummated as Khalsa (saint and soldier in direct commune with the Guru and God). Guru Gobind Singhji got himself baptized by the Panj Pyaras, or the 5 beloved ones. The holy book of the Sikhs, Guru Granth Sahib, is kept in the main hall of this Gurudwara.Some of the weapons of Guru Gobind Singh are displayed here. The most precious of these is the actual Khanda (double edged sword) used by Guru Gobind Singh to prepare the amrit (sweet water) used in the first Khalsa initiation ceremony.Proceed to Amritsar, Overnight at Amritsar Hotel.

Day 05: Amritsar Local Gurdwara Darshan - Departure

Gurudwara Shri Cheharta Sahib After Breakfast, proceed to the darshan of Gurudwara Shri Cheharta Sahib: is situated in the Amritsar City near village Guru Ki Wadali. Guru ki Wadali is the birthplace of the Sixth Guru, Shri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji, the son of Shri Guru Arjan Dev Ji. To celebrate the birth of his son, Guru Arjan Dev Ji constructed a big well at this place. This well had six Persian wheels to draw out the water and thus came to be known as Chheharta, the well with six wheels. This well helped in removing water scarcity in the region and enabled the greening of the fields. This well with Persian wheels is still preserved here.

Gurdwara Baba Budha Ji Then proceed to Visit Gurdwara Baba Budha Ji :Gurdwara Bir Baba Budha Sahib popularly known as Bir Sahib is the place where Baba Budha Ji spend much part of his life (1506 - 1631). Baba Buddha is a unique personage in Sikhism. He was a contemporary of the first six Sikh Gurus and had personally performed the anointment ceremony for Gurus from second to sixth. In 1604 AD Baba Buddha became the first Granthi (priest of the Golden Temple and in that capacity completed the first path (perusal) of the Adi Granth.

Gurudwara Baba Deep Singh Ji Then proceed to Visit Gurudwara Baba Deep Singh Ji (shaheed Sahib) Amritsar: The great Sikh scholar and martyr Baba Deep Singh was mortally wounded here. Baba Deep Singh ji was the leader of the famous " Shaheedan Di Misl " among the 12 misls. When Guru Gobind Singh came to Damdama Sahib, Baba ji was responsible for the distribution of the Guru Granth Sahib to other parts of the world and was the “head granthi” (head priest) of Damdama Sahib in Bathinda. He along with five thousand faithful Sikhs fought against the Muslim forces of Jahan Khan. It commemorates the unrivaled martyrdom of Baba Deep Singh ji who fought valiantly and dauntlessly along with thousands of Sikhs to liberate Golden Temple from the defiled clutches of Afgani invaders in 1757.

Later Transfer to Railway station/Airport for onward journey.
